Today I wanted to share with you what I received from my swap partners. When swapping, the name of the game is authenticity. It’s not a quilt show where there is judging. You give and make from your heart and do your best. That’s it. Everyone is in different stages of quilting but we all share the love of sewing and fabric hoarding collecting, and there is joy in giving!
For the Beach Bound Swap, (see sent items here) I received this delicious little mini with a yummy snack (gone already), some nautical washi tape and that adorable little pouch with a Hello Darling mini charms and metallic beach charms, I love it all thank you so much Holly!
I moved my little clover clips into the pouch and they are happy in their new home, it’s perfect!
For the Home Sweet Home Swap (see sent items here) I received this cozy and quaint country home mini. I love how she tried something new! She did the raw edge applique technique which is so fun and I absolutely love that tire swing! I also love trying new techniques for swaps.
I also got a little notebook (perfect for listing), craft clothes pins, erasers (great for pattern designing, if I can keep them away from my daughter) and yummy scraps and a measuring tape. I love my stuff, thanks Elizabeth!
So….until the next swap…. or a new pattern reveal…
And if you are here because you heard me chatting on Quilting Radio with Pat Sloan, welcome!!
Thanks so much for stopping by. Feel free to click around the blog, my patterns are up there on the right, click on the beach. 🙂

Fun to see the fruits of your swapping! Both quilts are charming and I love seeing the new quilters give these minis a try and dive into new techniques. My house quilt got delayed but she told me yesterday that it is now on its way! Can’t wait to see it.
